We currently ship across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. Free shipping is available on orders over $50.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey to your door.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package is delayed or seems to be lost in transit, please contact our customer support team, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that the product must be in its original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a refund.

Will I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping is free if the product arrives damaged or defective. For other returns, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise specified.

Once we receive your returned product, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-7 days for the funds to appear in your account.
Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different product, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
